Trainset arrived for S&I with tilting operational. Review of MEs show no faults
logging and review of the status screen shows tilting in green. Monitor for two
more days (07/09/2017).Note2: If the TCC swap does not correct this issue please
check the connections to PS-3 as it is having spikes that will put tilting into
fault and if connections are all good have PS-3 changed out with new.Note3: TS 14
FC 3208 WO 6370318 Map 100 reports "NO TILT" Reviewing MEs for this PC finds
that this car again logged tilt faults at 15:22:09-10 and at 16:29:59. The TCC has
been replaced and a clean & calibrate has been done. Reviewing EDRs shows PS3
giving erratic data. Per previous notes, please replace PS3.Note4: TS-14, FC-3208,
CWO# 6370318- TILT: MAP100 Tilt fault CC 3208- Updated WO title and priority. Train
arrived on S&I with THC1 and THC2 in fault displaying on status screen. MEAP
revealed TCADP, THS Branch 1 and THS Branch 2 failed. Informed operations to have
QMP preform tilting troubleshooting steps for FC 5012, 5051 and 5050.Note5: TS-14,
FC-3208, CWO# 6370318- TILT: MAP100 Tilt fault CC 3208 - Tilt fault reappeared at
14:33:37. EDR file shows PS3 spiked. QMP inspected position sensors again but found
them good. We swapped TCC with car 3525 to see if fault follows (WO# 6372394). We
titled both cars for 10 minutes each script for both branches but fault did not
come back. Also, massive ground fault is now gone which could have caused the
issue. S/N installed:98102011Note6: TS-14, FC-3208, CWO# 6370318- TILT: MAP100
Tilt fault CC 3208 - So far no events. Monitor 3 more days.Note7: TS-14, FC-3208,
CWO# 6370318- TILT: MAP100 Tilt fault CC 3208 TS arrived on the turn with both
THC1 and THC 2 in fault. ME's show that on 7/4 at 16:43:41 TCADP uneven tilt
detected and then 13 sec later at 16:43:54 THS branch failed. At 18:44:26 Cmd vs
Resp fault and at 18:44:27 PS1 and PS4 out of range. At 18:44:28 T

in lead power car (PC2000) dropped unexpectedly after KIN. PC2000 came in with
active trainset FIP loss. An electrician reset MPUs and got trainset FIP back
synchronized. I noticed that there were bunch of MPU1 fault logged in MEs. MMAP
from MPU1 and MPU2 were retrieved, but there was no events in MPU1. I checked the
history with the MPU1 (S/N: 1119811) and found that it was changed with the same
issue from TS16. A request to change the MPU1 was made, and an electrician replaced
it with no exception. Please monitor for 5 days.

MAP report Received multiple MEAP alerts This TS arrived with chains 2 3 and
4 isolated, and multiple propulsion MEs. Reviewing ME and MMAP downloads indicated
multiple ground faults, overcurrents, and water pressure faults. Checking the
power modules with the PTE indicates no shorted power modules, but, there was
glycol leaking from the bottom of the rear central block onto the main transformer
below and also into the walkway in the power car. It appears that the power modules
at location IRT-34 and IRT-23 are both leaking, and there is debris from the power
module internals on bottom plate of the power module. As a first step in
repair, the bottom three power modules (IRT-34, IRT-33, and IRT-23) will need to be
removed, and likely replaced, and the P2 modules will need to be removed and
checked for proper capacitance. Then, the leaked glycol will need to be cleaned
up and dried, and the piping will need to be checked for leaks. Then, please
install the P2 modules (replace any that are out of spec) and install NEW B2
modules for the bottom three positions, and then refill the glycol and check for
leaks. Photos will be attached to this W/ONote2: PC was powered up and Converter
#2 isolated with 32-22 Long Precharge Fault Rec 2, this was inspected and reset and
then the same fault. MCB was re-closed and #4 isolated with 34-22 Long Precharge
Fault Rec 4. The Central Blocks were opened and inspected but nothing out of the
ordinary was seen. Perturbographs were installed but would not trigger with the
faults. The next step is to follow the RMM 00-32-22 Page 3 of 5 step #2 for both
32-22 and 34-22. This should be the next step in troubleshooting. The plan is to
bring it back inside tomorrow morning. More to follow.Note3: Inspected rear Motor
Block, IRT-23 IRT-33 and IRT-34 were wet at their bases with Glycol. Both sight
glasses were empty,N
