ORDER:

In the reference 5th read above, modified orders were issued appointing
Assistant Public Information Officer, Public Information Officer and Appellate
Authority in respect of C.M. Office, C.S. Office and different wings of General
Administration Department excluding G.A.(Elections) wing under Sec 5 of Right to
Information Act 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005).

2. There are certain changes in the designations/names of Appellate

Authorities/P.I.Os. and A.P.I.Os. in different wings of G.A. Department, Therefore, it
is necessitated to modify the orders issued in the reference 5 th read above.

3. In the above circumstances, and in partial modification of the orders issued

in the reference 5th read above, the following Officers are designated as State
Assistant Public Information Officers and State Public Information Officers under
Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 22 of 2005), and the
Appellate Authorities as contemplated by section 19(1) of the RTI Act 2005 in the
case of C.M. Office, C.S. Office and different wings of G.A.D. at Secretariat level.
