 1. INTRODUCTION

When I first though about the practicas subject I saw myself working as a teacher in a school
near home wher most of the people knew me, so that I would feel more comfortable. To be
honest, I could not choose my secondary school, since it was not a private school, and as we
are not philologist yet, we cannot have that option (a public school). So, I started having in
mind that new bilingual school next to my house, about which I have always heard many
glowing reports. And in the end, I felt quite comfortable. I was introduced to their teacher
team and in a moment, I felt part of it.

The Colegio Concertado Bilinge La Flota Murcia is located in the neighbourhood La

Flota. It was opened around six years ago. Therefore, it can be considerated a new school.
