Lining

Material: Spruce

15 mm thick, 7 mm wide, 75 cm long

1. Cut the board into 4 identical pieces with the determined size for each one.

2. Sand one edge corner on each lining to make a rounded edge.

 3. Use a circular saw to make segments on the lining. Dont break the lining. Leave 1 or 2 mm
for the base of the lining.

Four linings are ready to install.

A lining compared to a side board.

Block

Material: Mahogany

Head block : 9.5 cm long, 6 cm wide, 4 cm thick

Tail block : 10.2 cm long, 6 cm wide, 2 cm thick

1. Draw the pattern using the template of head block and tail block.

2. Cut to the required size.

3. Sand the edges corner to make them rounded.
