Chosen city - Baucis
I chose Baucis because I like the challenge of trying to create a city high above the ground that could
possibly hold up to the laws of physics.

With my thumbnails I looked at stilted buildings and round cities. I also wanted it to look clean and
unaffected by dirt, which lead me to thinking of a more greyscale colour palette to fit a more clean
and possibly a bit germophobic society.

Whilst I was trying to figure out how a city would be able to support itself so high up I felt as though
the interior of the buildings would be small and cramped, space saving so they dont take up as
much room and dont require large buildings just for a single family, which reminded me of the
Japanese hotel pods, which can house a single person in a smaller area, and saves space and reduces
weight which would be crucial for a city trying to stay among the clouds.
