Job Profile of AREA SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

AREA SALES MANAGER is Responsible for all sales in the allotted area for our client brand of FMCG
Products.

This particular position has to handle the SALES MANAGERS & SALES OFFICERS Team too.

1. To co-ordinate with the dealers / Distributors for execution of orders, Customer relationship management, showing new
ranges.
2. AREA SALES MANAGER has to appoint a distributor and handle a team.
3. The roles and responsibilities of AREA SALES MANAGER will be guided as per the company sales norms.
4. Maintaining relationship with the existing / new dealers.
5. Meeting existing dealers / distributors on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
6. Managing primary (Appoint a distributor) and secondary (Handling retail outlets) in given area.
7. To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales targets.
8. Review the working efficiency of distributors on daily and weekly basis.
9. Ensure that all the orders procured are supplied on time.
10. Taking care of retailer and consumer complaints.
11. Making new techniques and strategies to achieve the targets on time.
12. Taking report on day to day basis from the Sales Managers & Sales officers.
13. Timely reporting to his / her reporting persons.
14. Motivate Sales Managers & Sales officer to achieve the target.
