Responsibilities:
Requirements:
♦ 2-5 years food sales management experience. Experience in Natural Products Industry a strong plus.
♦ At least two years experience managing a sales force.
♦ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and develop.
♦ Team player with positive, “can do/do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude.
♦ Flexible and entrepreneurial, able to thrive in a continuously changing environment.
♦ Quick learner with solid decision making capabilities.
♦ Innovative, strategic problem solver, results-focused.
♦ Has established relationships with key executives and buyers at major retail chains.
♦ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
♦ Ability to ensure accuracy on all job functions and meet deadlines.
♦ Be creative in assisting with the development of Sales/Marketing Strategies.
♦ Must be able to close sales initiatives.
♦ Travel – 1 week per month.
♦ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
♦ Must possess strong computer and internet skills, effectively utilizing our database and Microsoft Office
including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
