1. HEAD OF COMMERCIAL

Job Summary
The ideal Head of Commercial will add value to our growth activities by identifying new
commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. He/she will keep abreast of
trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to executive management.
The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will
generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

✓ Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and


objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
✓ Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on
commercial opportunities (marketing and business development etc.)
✓ Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being
met.
✓ Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
✓ Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service
etc.)
✓ Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
✓ Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports
for senior management.
✓ Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
✓ Supervise sales, partnerships, and marketing activities.

Requirements
• 10 years experience as Head of Commercial or similar roles.
• BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
• Must have not less than 10 years extensive experience in leading Sales, Business
Development, Marketing teams in fast paced/fast growing organizations.

2. Head of Marketing

Job Summary

The Head of Marketing is a high-level executive responsible for overseeing the


marketing strategies for the organisation.He/she will be responsible for developing
and implementing marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

✓ Know stakeholders – Community/Members, corporate, internal, and external.


✓ Engage, liaise, and create rapport with all levels of stakeholders internally and
externally
✓ Plan, budget and execute community-related events.
✓ Identify, plan, and execute social investment initiatives at the Branch level
✓ Oversee planning to execution of launch events in the product
✓ Increasing the company’s footprint within corporate spaces through wellness
events/education and alliance.
✓ Be the brand ambassador, that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and
purpose to connect with the community at large.
✓ Ensure a world-class member experience within and outside our clubs
✓ Ensure brand, health and safety are adhered to during and around Company
events
✓ Team up with the operational, fitness and sales teams to support the
achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives; and any other related
duties that may be assigned to you.
✓ Collaborating with related departments to reach targeted customers using
innovative strategies
✓ Improving brand recognition through organized marketing campaigns for the
purpose of generating (targeted) new acquisitions.
✓ Build and maintain the i-Fitness community of existing members. Organise and
participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
✓ Monitor and report on feedback and member surveys/reviews
✓ Interface with customers, conducting customer engagement initiatives, and
ensuring customers are fully integrated into the i-Fitness family.

3. Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and
raise brand awareness. The successful candidate will work across all levels and
departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to
the world. The successful candidate will lead the department on all operational
functions, supports with strategy design and implementation.

Responsibilities

✓ Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.


✓ Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
✓ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
✓ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
✓ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
✓ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market
applications and sales estimates.
✓ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI
and KPIs.
✓ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’
activities.
