driving lead-generation efforts, collaborating closely with the sales team, managing a
dedicated marketing team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The

strong understanding of various marketing channels.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and
expand the customer base.
Optimize and expand current acquisition channels and test/open new channels to support
business growth.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social
media ads, and display networks, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Sales:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and
objectives.
Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverages behavioral interest
profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
Cross-functional :
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand proposition across all
marketing customer touchpoints
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings
and recommendations to senior management
Management :
Lead and manage a marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and
continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills
and professional growth.
Requirements :
● 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B
● Ability to develop strong customer relations and feedback channels
● Demonstrable experience in enterprise and product marketing
● Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking systems with proven abilities to
compile, analyze, and makes recommendations based on performance data and
metrics
● Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
