Function Description
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and developing & supporting all
training & talent management initiatives for the Belgian organization. You will
work closely with the Group HR Manager & line managers to attract talent and
deliver training programs for new and existing employees based on the needs of
the organization
TALENT ACQUISITION
• Identify training & development needs within the organization through job
analysis, performance review results and regular consultation with
managers.
• Establish a comprehensive training & development approach:
o Good offer of standard trainings (catalogue) as well as more
comprehensive programs
o Right mix of external/internal, on-site/on-line and general/on-the-
job guidance
o Standard programs as well as more individual/tailor made
trajectories
o Balancing technical & functional trainings with soft-skills and
managerial development
• Evaluate training and development programs and adjust where needed
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
and present this research.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• You are a real team player, well organized, result-oriented and have
highly developed interpersonal competencies. You are capable to work
in a highly professional and demanding environment.
• You can easily handle the most common IT applications (Office 365, CV
Warehouse,...).
