Sr. Officer-(MIS & operations formulation pesticide Department)

Use to Monitoring 19 branches (formulation pesticide stock daily


movement) spread all over India
Giving daily sales report to CFO collecting sales data from all over India
branches
Giving report on nearby expiry pesticide Plant stocks & follow up with
consider Zonal manger to liquidate nearby expiry pesticide stocks
Monitoring daily (formulation pesticide sales & stock movement) 19
branches & 5 zones all over India
Collecting sales plan from 19 branches on weekly basis & follow up on
sales plan.

Retail Area Controller (control retail operations)

Ensuring the availability of required cashiers (RSA) manpower at stores
as per plan and monitor their

Verifying the Physical verification reports made by store team and


ensure they (store team) do physical verification on weekly basis.
Escalate Uncountable stock positions to ZM/Branch
Any issue of deviation in SOPs in stocks to be escalated to higher
authorities regularly.
Ensuring to damaged stocks are transferred to damage location and
batch rectification for pesticides on regular basis and ensure action for
clearing damaged stocks for every 3 months
Ensuring to clear In transit inventory and post of documents
(SAP,TSTR, & Open Pos) of more than 7 days & all sorts of accounting
controls and document flow
Ensuring store people follow FEFO (first Expiry First out ) FIFO (First in
First out )

Daily Monthly Report


Timely updating of all reports in Web- Cash & Bank deposits, Store
visits - Uncountable position, Shortages (Cash/Stock)
Making Surprise Visit to each store twice in a month
Replying to Management Audit Reports in coordination with ZMs within
the time limit and support for corrective action on observations
verifying Ta bill & store Expenses submission to Branch
verifying WDO s along with Smr report to meet out the monthly Audit

/Shortage/Leaky/Expiry/ Cash certificates)
