1. Perform Sales (AOP & PRODUCT):

 Translates the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and
develop, on a areal scale, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand, in
conference with the Zonal Manager. Given secondary targets to team and monitoring on daily
basis.
 Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the area handled and is responsible for

in potential town.
 Communicates information about scheme, targets and making business plan.

 Manages Distributor’s complaints and ensures issue resolution.

3. Team Management:

 Prepare PJP& Beat Plans for TSM and TSE for proper market coverage.
 Prepares regularly daily / weekly and monthly activity reports and suggests appropriate
improvements to team.

 Retail market with team visit to get feedback of the product movement, sales force and
