 The position has overall responsibility for increasing sales, profitability and market share for a
defined state.
 To lead the business development efforts in the branch through the sales team in alignment
with the sales policy of the organization and should be able to make projections in terms of
cost benefit Analysis.
 Enhancing distribution channels, Trade relationships, Depot Management.
 Adequate service to the trade partners and the administration of the branch in all sales aspects.
 To assess the market size & share, sales potential and create effective channels of distribution
to meet short term and long-term goals for both large town and upcountry markets.
 Provide town/ market wise direction to the team and build strong teams through sharing of
