outlet and created a new brand name “Al zook”in order to increase the market share.
 Conducting the market survey based on competitors activities in order to fix the price and various
promotional activities,
 Prepare the journey plan of merchandisers, and supervise their daily schedule Continuous planning
and review of Merchandiser’s route plans to ensure optimal outlet coverage.
