Subject: Letter of Appointment for the Executive Board - DAV Model United
Nations

Dear Mr. Brijesh

Greetings from DAV Model United Nations. It is with immense pride to inform
you that you have been selected as part of the Executive Board panel for the fifth
edition of DAV Model United Nations, to be held from 10-11 November 2017 at
DAV Public School, Patiala. You have been appointed as Joint Chair for the
United Nations General Assembly III (SOCHUM). This appointment shall
stand valid till 7:00 PM (IST), 11th November.

The Executive Board is expected to be present throughout the conference dates. For
the valuable services rendered by you, the conference shall be providing you
monetary remuneration of INR 2000, along with accommodation and travel
for the conference.

The Executive Board is expected to submit-

1.) Confirmation to the Letter of Appointment by 16TH October , 2017 (via e-mail)

2.) The Background Guide by 24TH Ocotober, 2017 (Please get in touch with the
fellow Executive Board members for the updates and developments on the same)

3.) Any logistical requirements for the committee atleast one week prior to the
conference dates.
 The Executive Board shall be expected to adhere to the conference schedule.
Any sort of tardiness in doing the same shall not be tolerated.
The Executive Board shall meet the Secretariat after the closure of proceedings
for Day-1 of the conference, where the committee progress shall be taken up as
well as the feedback to and from the Executive Board.
Our conference is a strict non-smoking and alcohol-free zone. Please ensure that
you do not carry such items along with you. If the Executive Board be found
indulging in violation of the said clause, they shall be immediately expelled.

With that being said, we are proud to have you on board. We have utmost
confidence that your exceptional knowledge and intellect shall brighten the
confines of the committee room and that would be a wonderful experience along
