I am responsible for scheduling, coordinating and staffing to cover concrete testing meets concrete to Ensure
Quality Standards. And also I am responsible, for checking of inventory, equipment testing. All work performed in
a safe and professional manner.
Typical Duties:
Supervise, mentor, train and monitor materials testing technicians and laboratory workers. Schedules and monitors
daily testing schedule. Reviews break results and distribute results. Communicate with management, field staff and
client regarding laboratory testing services.
Prepares reports laboratory testing and report test results to applicable CQC System Manager reports via
appropriate test result Including maintaining test charts.
Maintain laboratory in organized manner. Manage day to day operations of concrete batch plant and materials
testing laboratory.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a professional manner
with customers, co-workers, and Supervisors.
