The problem given is that to identify that if the conditions on the road are suitable for the
driver or not, the problems caused due to uncontrollable events on the road. Audience
for this include every one who would travel on the road.

cause
There are two main resons for this kind of roads they are scheduled and ad hoc events.
Scheduled events include road maintenance, road extension, speed breakers , VIP
processions, protests by different organizations, student bodies etc. ad hoc events are
weather based such as drainage overflow due to heavy rains, ice formations on
road, rock wreckages on road etc. and some uncontrolable events such as failed street
lights, pipeline leakages etc. These uncertainties in road conditions may prove to be
fatal to any commuter, example, a traveler may enter a road which is full of water due to
heavy rain falls and there might be a man hole there which might lead to a accident.

Roadeye gives a solution to all this problems in real time by giving real time updates.

Roadeye also takes care of personal preferences of individual user, giving him/her
relevant information of their interest, i.e. a user may prefer a longer road with less speed
breakers than more speed breakers. While other may prever the viceversa ,the
preference might also change from day to day.

Roadeye uses efficient spacial indexing mechanism and R-tree for query retrieval.
Thus for personalized experience, user can login using credentials and state their
preferences.

roadeye using context aware visualization helps user, also sends push notifications to
his/her device. Users can even ask certain road related questions in dashboard
provided for them and get them answered by others.
