appropriately.
Renewable energy in India currently contributes around 7.7% of the total electricity generation in the
country. The installed capacity is around 13,000 MW. The largest contributor to renewable energy in
India is Tamil Nadu (about 33%), largely from wind power (about 4000 MW). India ranks first in the
world (along with USA) in annual solar power generation. It also ranks fifth in wind power generation. In
20O9, the Government unveiled a plan to generate 20,000 MW of solar power by 2020. India has the
fifth largest installed wind power generation capacity in the world. Wind power accounts for about 6%
of the total electricity generation in the country (about 11,000 MW). It is expected that a further 6000
MW of installed capacity will be added by 2012. Suzlon Energy, based in Pune, is the largest wind
turbine manufacturer in Asia and the fifth largest worldwide. Befoul development in India is primarily
focused on Jatropa plant seeds. The Jatropa curcas is a flowering plant whose seeds contain about 35%
oil. By 2017, 20% of diesel consumption is expected to be met by befoul blend (includes bioethanol and
biodiesel).

All plums are oranges + All oranges are grapes = A + A = A = plums are grapes comersion some
grapes are plums (I). Hence I follows. II does not follow because I + I = No conclusion. III does not follow
because A + I = No conclusion
32. (5);
I and II do not follow by combination because I + I = No conclusion. But either I or II follows because they
form a complementary I-E pair. Some pets are rats + No rat is a goat = I + E = O = some pets are not
goats. Hence III does not follow.
