    It is submited to you kind honour, I Tauseef Ahmed S/o Abdul
    Hameed request that, My eldest son Naveed Ahmed Age 3 year's
    is suffering from biletral hearing loss.Doctor's have advised us for
    cochelar implant, which is very expensive.we were loking for the
    the free cochlear implant in the welfare hospitlas of country. But
    still we have not to given any chance.
    I am a worker at littte milk shop, and single supportr of my
    large family. It is impossible for me to make a such expensise
    treated of cochlear implant of my child.
    Therfore I humbly request that kindly make some
    arrengment for free cochlear implant for my little angles, and save
    him perminant disability.
