27 ENDCLIFFE AVENUE house. The property provides accommodation for a total of 15 residents in single
study bedrooms. Number 27 has 11 study bedrooms and 27a has 4 study bedrooms.
Each house has an independent entrance with no internal access between the two.
There is a small garden at the front of the property and a shared garden at the rear.
The University currently owns several houses on Endcliffe Avenue which provide self-
catering accommodation for a total of 50 residents in single study bedrooms. The focal
point for Endcliffe is The Edge, which provides a wide range of facilities including a dining
