The complex is made up of 12 Houses & 3 Apartments around a central courtyard with rooms to
rent in each house. Archway is a gated development and tenants have pedestrian access via the
pedestrian gate with a swipe Fob.
Archway is within walking distance of the City Centre, O’Connell Street/ Henry Street and a
range of 3rd level institutions/ colleges, including the new Grangegorman Educational Campus,
Trinity College, DIT and Dublin Business School.
Public transport is easily accessible with a number of bus routes nearby and the Luas runs along
Mountjoy Street, right outside the door.
There are a variety of rooms within the houses - single suite rooms, shared twin single rooms,
shared triple rooms, shared twin bunk rooms. Monthly rent prices vary depending on the room
type. The Kitchens, Living Rooms and Bathrooms in the houses are shared.
❖ Bin Charges & collections are included in the rent and paid for by the Landlord –
there is a communal bin store for all residents to use.
❖ Electricity in each house is with Pinergy Pre Pay Power – the pre pay meter is
located in the entrance of each house. Residents in the house share the cost of
topping up the meter for the supply of electricity.
❖ Students wishing to rent must provide references, proof that they are a Student
and enrolled in a College or Online Studying, Apprenticeship or Internships.
Photo Identification & provide documentation that they have the ability to pay the
rent each month.
❖ A Security Deposit must be paid at the start of the rental. The Security Deposit is
held by the Landlord for the duration of the rental term. This is refunded to the
tenant at the end of the tenancy on condition that the property is left in good
clean condition with all Inventory intact and all keys returned.
