Peters College in the Bachelors of Electrical

Engineering program. I am a candidate for graduation in March 2018 hopefully but due to a minor
problem, I may not be able to graduate.

Before I transferred to your school, I already took my ROTC 1 and ROTC 2 in my previous
school. Due to unknown reasons when I requested for my evaluation to the said school, I was
astonished to know that my grade on ROTC 1 was left ungraded or blank so obviously only my
ROTC 2 was credited that time. Expecting that I can enroll CWTS1 and credit it to ROTC 1, I took
the chance to enroll CWTS 1 last semester (2017-2018). Now, I was informed that I may encounter
problems crediting it to ROTC1. Therefore, I am writing to request your good office to allow me
to convert my CWTS 1 to ROTC 1.
