Subject: Complain cooling system (D345-2)

Dear Sir or Madam:

I want to complain to the management about my dissatisfaction with the purchase of a D345-2
bulldozer unit I bought from PT. COBEKSINDO. Because within 50 hours of cooling system on the unit
does not work properly causing the unit overheat. While on standardnya, cooling system should
function well for 350 hours. This is very unsafe and very detrimental to our company so we have to
waste a lot of production time due to the condition of the unit.

So the coal production in the mines we manage is less than the proper target. In this regard, I
would like to request a compensation of 25% of the unit price and we request that the unit be repaired
as stated in the warranty card.
