It shall be known that the above price already including PPh and excluding VAT (PPN 11%).
The volume of work according to The drawing. If there is an increase in volume, it is included in
the additional work
Term of Payment :
- Down Payment 40%, paid after we receive the SPK / contract approved
- 35%, paid after 70% of the work progress and invoice comes in
- 20%, paid after the work progress is completed 100% and the invoice comes in
- 5% retention, paid after the building maintenance period for 3 months and the invoice comes in
