Filming Schedule
Radio advert filming taking place in the Netherhall sound studio on the 01/12/17 at 1pm with
approx 30 mins set up time
Internet advert filming taking place in animation studio on the 03/12/17 at 5pm with approx 15
mins set up time
Breaks every hour for refreshments
Equipment
Microphones for voice recording (standing and handheld) - sourced from Netherhall sound studio
Macs and software for editing - sourced from Netherhall
Animation software (facerig) - sourced from steam.com

Facilities
Refreshments will be available from nearby vending machines and school canteen (if u don't
mind trash fd)
Toilets are on site, with several nearby to the studio

Contingencies
If there are issues with equipment in the studio (e.g slow computers) we will use the handheld
microphone located within the C13 room which is nearby to the studio as a contingency
If this also fails, we shall attempt to correct issues, and reschedule.
Again, weather will not be and issue, as all shoots take place indoors.
