Main Responsibilities: Key Performance Indicators / KPIs:
No of schemes designed.
Contribution in completion of total training target set for the year.
Contribution in achievement of 40% women training target.
Contribution in completion of 10 % trainee target by each cluster.
Contribution in completion of 15 % trainee target by each sector.
Contribution in the completion of 5% trainees of yearly target in Soft
Skills Training Module
Carry out research (self or through outsourcing) to identify high growth / employment sectors of
Contribution to ensure 5 % Trainees to be assessed through Third
economy and trades which provides high employment.
Party Firm for Core Skills
Designing of sector based schemes shifting focus towards employers implemented trainings in line with
the outcomes of research ensuring high placement ratio, geographical & gender spread.
Understands requirements, identifies focus areas and sectors according to allocated targets; checks Education Required:
operational viability of scheme based on research and other available sources; Shares the draft program
document along with relevant TORs and documents outlining the salient feature of Program to BS (Honors), MBA, MPA, Bachelor in Management / Marketing /
supervisor for review and seeks approval. Economics, or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution.
Collects data and prepares reports with regards to performance indicators for donor agencies and shares
with supervisor for review and approval; Incorporates recommendations rendered by supervisor and
shares the finalized report with Higher Management through supervisor. Experience & Knowledge Required:
Development of TORS and assisting AM Program Development for all new Initiatives and outsourcing of
tasks to Third Parties. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Liaison with internal & external partners regarding R&D and other segment analysis. Knowledge of Program Designing.
Assist AM Program Development in any other activities, duties and responsibilities assigned to him/her Knowledge of Project management.
