OB Leadership Paper

1. Choose a film on leadership ( for example Brave Heart, Last Samurai, Glory,
Elizabeth, Iron Lady, Invictus, etc). No digital/cartoon movies please.

2. Based on our leadership chapter 8 in our OB textbook and class discussions

describe the leadership style of the main character (the hero) in the film.

3. Discuss the various power & political tactics (chapter 12) that the hero used
in the film to achieve both his/her personal goals and the goals of his
group/organization.

4. Discuss the similarities and/or differences of your leadership style with the
style of the films hero.

5. Paper should be minimum 2 pages and maximum of 3 pages. Double-

spaced and 12 font size.

6. Submit on or before 12noon December 7, 2017 (Thursday) to Ms. Ghing

Lopez at JGSOM Offices 5th floor.
