Strengths of the lesson:
Aaesha shows commitment and professionalism in all of her activities. Excellent planning
was evident. Understanding of commitment to the profession was evident. The resources for
the lesson were well prepared. Manipulatives and active activities were planned. The
activities were interesting and helped developed learning. Inquiry-based questioning
techniques were used.

Areas for development:

Evaluation needed to be documented during group activities a little more to help to assess
the learning effectiveness.
