I am very interested in your posting for a Flight Attendant, which I found through the Indeed on the
Career Hawaiian Airline website. Currently, I still study in Kapiolani Community College to get my
Associate degree on Hospitality, prompted me to forward my resume to you immediately with the hope of
further discussing qualification for this position.

In addition to my strong academic background, I have had valuable management experiences and team
building, both as Tea Time Kailua manager and volunteer work as a Service Scholar. I was part of an
volunteer group of provide strong customer service and teamwork. Also, I can spoke English and
Chinese. So I can help them to translate for some customer when cannot spoke English.

According to this position requirement, I must have high school diploma, demonstrate strong customer
service skills and ability to effectively defuse and resolve difficult customer situations and able to read,
write, and speak English proficiently. To fulfill these requirement, I will working hard and to learned
from somebody who has more experience than me.
