Step1:OpenYourDrawing(.svgfile)
ClickFileatthetopleftofthescreen,thenNewpart,andselecttheSVGfileyoucreated
inInkscape,thenclickOK.ThiswillopenuptheDrawingoptionspopupwindow.

Step2:DrawingOptions
Enterthescalingratiothatmatchesyourdrawing.Ifyou
designeditininchesitshouldbe1:1.
Nextmakesurethelowerleftcornerforthedrawingposition
isselected.Thiswillbringthepartinat0,0andthepropersize
itwasdrawnin.
ClickOk.Atthispointyourpartshouldshowuponthegrid

Step3: Toolset
Click(File)thenOpentoolset.
ThetoolsetsaresavedontheCDriveinafilecallednewestpostprocessorsandtools.Select
thetoolsetthatmatchesthecutterandtipsyouareusingtocutyourpart.ThenclickOK.

Step4:
Operation
Click(Operation)atthetopofthescreenthenselectPlasmacut.Atthispoint,thejetcutting
popupwillopen.Thereareseveralthingsthatyouwillselectinthejetcuttingpopupscreen.

1. Selectoutsideoffset.

2. Selectthelayer

3. Selectthetoolthatmatchesthematerialbeingcut

4. SetOvercutat0.02in

5. Makesurereversecutdirectionisselected

6. SelectDelusionalDesignsCncforthe
pathrules

7. SelectleadinasArcandselectaleadinlengththatworksfor
yourpart,usuallysomethingaround0.1inworkswellformostparts.DelusionalDesignsCNChas
foundthatnotusingaleadoutworksbetterinmostcasesthanusingaleadout.

8. ClickOK.Thiswillcreatethetoolpaths.

Step5:ProcesstoGenerateGCode
ClickonPatthetopleftofthescreenandtypethedesirednameandselectwhere
youwanttosavetheGCodefile.
ClickOK.AtthispointtheGCodewillappearatthebottomofthescreen.

Clickontheblueiconatthetoprightofthescreenthiswillputitinsimulationmode.
Thenclickstart.Thiswillrunasimulationofhowyourpartwillcutinrealtime.
