Mission Statement:
The objective for the group are as follows:
To collaborate efficiently and professionally as a group in order to create effective
guides for those trying to fix their Solo (The Smart Drone) 3DR.

Performance and Expectations:


Meetings & Communication:
Meet in person at least once a week.
Communicate via email or Skype if necessary (Markel, 2016).
Work on projects through Google Docs in order to monitor each other's progress
on assignments as well as provide feedback (Markel, 2016).
Notifications and plans will be sent to each member through text and email.
Responses by our teammates are expected by the end of the day at the latest.
Strikes:
A warning will be given to the member after their second strike. If a member
receives three strikes, the group will consult the instructor regarding the work
ethic of that member (Wolfe, 2010).
Strikes will be counted for the following behaviors:
If a member is late to a meeting by 10 minutes or more and does not
notify the group in advance.
A due date is missed.
Not responding to group messages.

Job Expectations:
Project manager:
Oversee and provide plans for projects and assignments.
Help in resolving group issues.
Stay updated and set goals for project completion.
Editing Manager:
Review assignments to check for organization, clarity, and grammar.
Suggest changes as deemed necessary.
Photography Manager:
Photograph parts of the drone to use in iFixit steps.
Edit and format photos for clarity.
Create or provide any needed graphics.
Research Manager:
Find and provide credible research.
Review documents to ensure all sources are credible and cited.

Resolving Conflict:
In the case of conflict, the group will follow a certain set of steps to ensure that the
problem is solved both efficiently and professionally. These steps include:
Addressing the problem to the Project Manager (Wolfe, 2010).
Discussing the problem among all members of the group, addressing the
complications the problem is creating (Wolfe, 2010).
Gather input from all members as to gain more perspective and insight on said
problem while communicating each members thoughts and concerns (Wolfe,
2010).
Using the gathered information to develop a solution that is in the best interest of
the projects overall completion.
In the case that these steps fail to resolve conflicts within the group, further actions with
the result of dismissal may be initiated (Wolfe, 2010).

Firing Clause:
The following measures will be taken if conflicts caused by a team member show no
improvement despite the groups effort to resolve said problem:
Present problem to Doctor Bruce, providing documentation of attempted
resolution and correspondence between involved members (Wolfe, 2010).
Issue a second stated and written notice to Doctor Bruce.
Issue a third stated and written notice to Doctor Bruce.
Dismissal of team member with the consent of Doctor Bruce (Wolfe, 2010).
