Greetings!

For the third consecutive year, the SM-National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) and the
Office of Congressman Randolph S. Ting will again sponsor an lntLr-High School basketball
tournament.

As a prerequisite in participating in the said tournament, the head coaches and assistant
coaches will compulsory attend the Coaches National Convention on November 6-8, 2O1T in
Manila.

The said convention and tournament are fully subsidized by SM-NBTC and the Office of
Congressman Randolph S. Ting. Hence, the schools will not incur expenses in participating the
said league.

At this juncture, may we respectfully request from your good office that the Coaches and
Assistant Coaches will be excused from their classes during the above stated convention.
