and cladding.
Inspection for HRSG power plants 750 MW West Damietta site to complete the full
package of hydrostatic testing of full package circuits.
Reviewing the testing package of HRSG power plants 750 MW.
Finalizing the site documentation with main client about the HRSG power plants 750
MW West Damietta site.
Inspection about pressure vessels (EL ATF, and Korymat) according to ASME VIII div.1
especially head and shells inspection.
Inspection about Steel structure (steel teck, NEM, Cement industry, Banha power
station... etc.)
Inspection for Cement and power planets steel structure and plate work.
Inspection about Communication tower structure and Electric tower structure (clients:
Alan Dick, Hoi Aste, Power ministry, etc.)
Inspection about High Masts and poles.
Galvanizing inspector for many products (Vessels, communication and electric steel
towers, Mono Poles, handrails.etc.)
As a QA Engineer:
As NDT Inspector:
Reviewing RT Films for many projects ( pressure vessels , High Masts, Steel Structure
projects)
Testing of welding by ultrasonic test ( Butt and T joints) according to AWS D1.1
Lamination testing by using UT method.
As a material Engineer:
Inspection about raw materials (Plates, sections, Coils, Bars and Tubes).
Reviewing The Material test certificate, MTC, according to relevant standard
Reviewing the lab test report with the material properties according to relevant standard.
Issuing the traceability report for the finished products.
As a QHSE Manager:
Preparing the monthly reports to issue the required analysis of the department such as
monthly NCR number, raw material analysis, Repair percentage, scrap percentage,
machines rejection percentage, etc.)
Reducing the scrap percentage to 0.3 from the total productivity.
Producing 60,000 tons per year.
Reducing the safety accidents cost by 75 percent.
Building a new Quality control team from the fresh graduate inspectors.
