SISTEM PERSIDANGAN AUDIO (AUDIO CONFERENCE SYSTEM)
Sistem persidangan audio ialah satu sistem yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi
antara satu sama lain secara sokongan peralatan audio bagi memastikan
persidangan berjalan dengan lancar dan didengari dengan jelas.

Antara ciri-ciri sistem Main Unit persidangan audio ialah:

1. Dilengkapi dengan paparan LCD pada panel kawalan pengguna
2. Sistem Auto Off dimana jika mikrofon dibiarkan on tanpa bercakap ia akan off
secara automatik dalam masa beberapa saat mengikut jenis dan model
sistem.
3. Menyokong beberapa bilangan mikrofon untuk setiap saluran input mikrofon
mengikut jenis dan model sistem.
4. Mengikut model-model yang tertentu, kedudukan mikrofon chairman boleh
dipasang secara rawak.
5. Menggunakan butang kawalan pengguna digital.

Power supply unit.
Bekalan elektrik 1 fasa yang dibekalkan di Negara kita adalah dalam bentuk
voltan AC 240 V/50Hz. Kebanyakan peralatan elektronik memerlukan voltan DC
untuk berfungsi. Bekala kuasa DC adalah alat yang membekalkan voltan DC.
Satu unit bekalan kuasa DC mengandungi 4 bahagian utama seperti berikut :

Audio Mixer

Papan Litar Audio Mixer yang menggunakan komponen elektronik mikro

Audio Mixer atau pengadun audio di dalam Main Unit Audio Conference
berfungsi untuk menerima isyarat masukan dari mikrofon perwakilan (Delegate)

atau pengerusi (Chairman) dan menghantar balik signal ke pembesar suara
perwakilan atau pengerusi, ia juga memastikan signal yang masuk melalui setiap
mikrofon tidak bertindan (conflik) antara satu sama lain. Proses pengadunan ini
dilakukan secara digital.

Litar mixer agak complicated untuk dibuat pengujian mahupun membaikpulih

kerana ia menggunakan komponen-komponen mikro elektronik. Oleh itu
langkah-langkah penyenggaraan pencegahan (priventive maintenance) adalah
cara terbaik untuk memastikan litar mixer sentiasa berfungsi dengan baik.

Penyenggaraan Pencegahan Audio Mixer

1. Membersihkan permukaan litar mixer supaya tiada habuk
2. Memastikan kabel Data Bus sentiasa terpasang dengan ketat
3. Memastikan komponen pelarasan Perintang Trimmer dalam keadaan
pelarasan yang betul.

Litar Panel Kawalan

Litar panel kawalan ialah satu litar kawalan digital yang disediakan untuk
pengguna mengawal :
1. Kawalan bahana(volume):
i. Line Out
ii Line In
iii. Unit Speaker
iv. Unit Mic
2. Mod Control
i. Limitation Menghad penggunaan bilangan mikrofon dengan ucapan
dalam satu masa
ii. Auto Off Mematikan mikrofon yang hidup tanpa ucapan.
iii. Extrusion- Mengawal mikrofon yang dilimitkan.
iv. Music Ada pada butang prioriti mikrofon pengerusi sahaja.

Litar panel kawalan juga agak complicated untuk dibuat pengujian mahupun
membaikpulih kerana ia menggunakan komponen-komponen mikro elektronik.
Oleh itu langkah-langkah penyenggaraan pencegahan (priventive maintenance)
adalah cara terbaik untuk memastikan ia sentiasa berfungsi dengan baik.

Penyenggaraan Pencegahan Panel Kawalan

1. Membersihkan permukaan papan litar supaya tiada habuk
2. Memastikan kabel Data Bus sentiasa terpasang dengan ketat
3. Memastikan skrin dan butang kawalan pengguna sentiasa bersih dan
tidak berhabuk

Mikrofon Pengerusi ( Chairman Mic Capsule)

Mikrofon Chairman digunakan oleh pengerusi untuk mengendalikan mesyuarat

atau persidangan. Ia mempunyai beberapa kelebihan iaitu mikrofon chairman
boleh mematikan semua mikrofon perwakilan ( delegate) secara serentak
dengan menekan butang kawalan Priority. Ia juga mempunyai butang muzik /
amaran bagi menarik perhatian perwakilan khususnya jika pengerusi ingin
memulakan ucapan.

Rekabentuk mikrofon delegate unit hampir sama dengan mikrofon chairman unit
kecuali ia tidak mempunyai keupayaan untuk mematikan mikrofon chaiman atau
delegate kerana ia tidak mempunyai butang priority. Ia juga tidak dilengkapi dengan
butang muzik.

Working temperature : do not use the equipment in the temperature below -10C
or above 45C, otherwise, it influences the inner components
To get the best ventilation, the minimum distance between each equipment
should be over 20cm
The ventilation holes should not be covered by news papers or table cloth etc
Do not put the exposed fire on the equipment, such as candles
Do not splash any water to the equipment, and keep the equipment away from
the vase with water to avoid fire or faults
Make sure to cut off the power before you install or disconnect the equipment
Do not disassemble the equipment to avoid the faults
Please use the equipment in the written using conditions (such as temperature,
humidity, installation direction, enviroment etc) to avoid fire or faults
