    STEPS:

    1. First go to RUN & type cmd and press enter button.

    2. Then you will get the black screen of command prompt.

    3. Now copy the below line and paste into command prompt and press enter.
    reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\VersionManager" /v
    DownloadVersionList /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

    4. Then again go to to run and type %LOCALAPPDATA% & press enter.


    5. Then goto folder Microsoft\Internet Explorer\VersionManager & delete the file
    versionlist.xml.
    6. Now restart the PC.
