AMC AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between First Gravure, Biratnagar and Asian Computer Impex,
Bargachhi, Biratnagar. This agreement shall remain in force for the period from 15-06-
2017 to 15-06-2018 for one year. We, Asian Computer Impex shall maintain the various
computer system and other peripherals specified in this agreement on terms and
conditions hereinafter mentioned.

1. The service engineers shall attend the calls within 2-3 hours from the time of
complaint.
2. The service engineers should maintain job cards for all calls attended.
3. No component(s) or spare(s) shall be removed without informing to the client.
4. Client should arrange or provide spare parts if found damaged or will be charged
for new.
5. If any addition of computers / machines and the expansion of network, charges
will be applied.
6. Chip Level maintenance will be charged as per the work.
7. Printer Cartridge refilling will be charged.
