On behalf of the committee of the 2010 International Conference on Information Security and Privacy (ISP-10), we

The conference organizers should receive the revised and properly formatted final paper, copyright form and the
registration fee before April 26, 2010.
 
Details regarding submission of final paper, copyright form:
1.           Send an email to contact@promoteresearch.org,  as explained below:
a.       The subject of the email should be the paper number.
b.      The body (i.e., content) of the email should contain the following: (i). the statement “final
paper and material submission” (ii). the name of the author who presents the paper during the
conference (i.e., in favor of whom the registration fee is/will be paid) (iii). the title of the paper
and the names of all the authors (in the same order they appear in the final paper. Make sure there
are no mistakes in the title or author names).
c.       The email should  contain the following attachments: 
                                                              i.      The final paper (no headers, footers, page numbers or
security settings. But it should contain the authors’ details and affiliations) should be no
more than 8 pages in WORD or PDF format and should be formatted and submitted as
per the instructions provided at: http://www.promoteresearch.org/2010/additional-
information/paper-submission.html

2.           Details regarding payment of the registration fee:
The registration fee amount is provided at the conference website. Please see the registration
page:http://www.promoteresearch.org/2010/additional-information/fee-payment.html for
registration fee payment options.
 
 
Note 1: This email cannot be used for applying for your Visa, if needed, to enter the USA. If you want,
we may send a separate letter for Visa purpose, once you fulfill the above requirements such as final
paper, copyright form, registration fee, etc.
 
Note 2: If you need any additional information on this email or any other matter related to the
conference, you please contact us at contact@promoteresearch.org only.
 
The registration fee allows you to get a copy of the above conference proceedings during the conference. It will also
allow you to attend any one or more conferences that are planned to take place at the same time and place, as part of
MULTICONF-10. The fee also allows you to take part in the conference banquet and other services (and/or
material) that we may provide.

PS: The registration fee is non-refundable. In case of disasters such as hurricanes, earth quakes and/or other events
that are beyond the control of the organizers then the organizers’ responsibility will be limited to mail the
proceedings after the conference. The conference organizers are not responsible for the delay and/or loss of the
registration fee payments and/or other communications made by the authors.  The conference schedule will be
announced later on and it is subject to change. In case the proceedings are not ready by the time of the conference
due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers then the organizers will provide the proceedings after the
conference.
