Dear Sir,

Undertaking for RMG

We are proposed Outdoor RMG at our new factory at No: A27/2 Industrial Growth Center,
Mathur Village, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Pin:602105, and we are
here by undertaking the following:

a. The cost of ID/OD RMG will be borne by us.

b. We will mark the space for the erection of outdoor RMG as per TNEB
Distribution Code in the site plan at the time of submission of application.
c. We agree to enclose the specification of ID/OD RMG .
d. We assure that the Outdoor RMG to be provided Will be of class IP55
e. The maintenance of OD/ID RMG and cost of replacement of failed materials will be
borne by us
f. We assure that a clear space of 10 m x 4 m or 5 m x 5m open to sky will be Provided
within the consumer premises, preferably at the main entrance for installing structure
mounted distribution transformer and associated Switchgears.
