Job: I am working here as a shift incharge from OCT-2021.

My responsibility is to make aluminium dust from aluminium Ingot, Monitor and evaluated all existing process
to increase efficiency and reduce cost as much as possible.Monitor all equipment involved in process. Time to
time checkup of atomizer, furnace temperature on hours basis, required compressor pressure, smooth run of
ID fan and Dust collector.we have to measure the size of Aluminum Dust Mess and make it according to the
requirement of my customers

2. Golden Edge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (August 2016- March 2020)

Designation: Sr. Engineer.

Project: 2X800 MW N.T.P.C, BHEL Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.

Responsibility:

o Erection Commissioning and maintenance of ESP.

o Pre commissioning activities.

o ESP field charging.

o ESP field megger testing.

o Experience in field operation and maintenance.

o Planing and execution of all maintenance activities assigned and maintain various
 parameters during operation in respective area.

o Commissioning and maintenance of heavy rotating equipment like ID Fan, FD Fan PA

o Bearing oil flushing till the required purity valve reached of lube oil.

Heavy Industries Saudi Arab.

Major Role: Performing a major role in the fabrication and erection work scope of 8000MT
in 2X600 as a Contractor of Reliance Infra in Raghunathpur thermal power station DVC,
and 4000MT in 2x800 MW as contractor of Hyundai Heavy Industries Jizan Saudi Arab.
Responsible for drawing issues to subcontractors, preparation of job allocations, making
bill of quantities from the drawing received, to procure the materials required. Supervising
site activities, monitoring daily progress reports and preparing monthly sub-contractor and
client bills. Preparing monthly reconciliation statement with material receipt and
consumption of contractor concerns. Co-ordination with clients about jobs over viewing all
structural painting works including surface preparation. Insulation of ESP side wall, Pre
commissioning and commissioning activities of ESP. Maintenance of ESP field.
