Thailand Single Entry Tourist Visa Checklist Mumbai

 Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival.

 One back to back visa form with duly filled and signed by applicant with checklist

 Two white back ground photographs size 3.5 X 4.5 cm with signature behind the
photo & should be stapled in the application form.

 Covering letter from the applicant stating his name, purpose and duration of visit.
(Self employed applicants should give the letter on their business letter head)

 Personal 6 month Bank statement required for fresh passport with a balance of
40,000/- and it should be a working account.

 For frequent travelers copy of Intl. credit card with passenger’s signature or
Original Forex receipt (for verification) with copy 20000/- baht OR USD 700 per
pax. For family the receipt should be minimum of 40000 baht. OR USD 1400

 Please note that a separate Forex of 700 USD will be required if the Child in the
family is above 14 Years of age. He will be considered as an Adult

 Hotel confirmation should have all passengers name(Mandatory) If taking cruise


then cruise confirmation

 Permanent residence & residence permit in india

 Return confirm ticket with airline stamp, for double entry and triple entry; ticket
should also have segments confirming double or triple entry

 In the visa form Name and address of local guarantor in Thailand with contact
details. It can be the travel agent Or Hotel in Thailand

 Marriage certificate/Wedding card should be in English language only. Other


language should be first translated into English and then should be notarized.

 Identity proof or letter from Company/school.

 The no. of entries in Covering & Invitation letter should be mentioned same.
 Date on Invitation letter, Covering letter, Tickets & Hotel booking must be of
same date.

 Travel plan is mandatory for 1-3 year multiple entry Visa.

 If passport issued is out of the jurisdiction then they need to submit the original
bank statement and HR letter for the current address proof.
