 Original Passport with minimum six months validity from the date of return along with Photocopy of the
photo page and address page of the passport.

 One Visa application form, printed back to back, duly filled and signed. (Surname and Given name to
be filled in Application Form should be similar to the detail given in the applicant's passport.)

 Three Recent camera click Photographs of size 35 mm X 45 mm, on a matte finish, taken on a white
background with 80% face zoomed, Photos used in the previous visas are not accepted and it may refuse
the visa.

 Covering letter from the applicant stating the applicant name, passport details, duration and purpose of
visit to Singapore. Travel dates; it should match with ticket dates (entry and exit dates should mention clearly
in the letter otherwise consulate will not accept the application form).

 Original Confirmed Return Ticket & Copy.

 Hotel Confirmation Or Invitation letter from the Inviting person along with his/her passport copies (first
pages & last pages) & Singapore visa copy/ Alien Resident Permit Card copy with
staying proof in Singapore.

 Leave letter from the company.

 If the Passport issued in other region (North, East and West) address proof is required Land line
telephone bill or rental agreement  or Last 3month Bank statements & Aadhar card copy.

 Applicant contact number should mention in the application form.

 Applicant holding valid Singapore visa in the old passport is not valid for travel; they need to transfer
from old passport to new passport.

Visa Fees:
The visa processing fee for each application is S$30. Visa processing fees are paid upon application of visas. The
online payment mode accepts Master/ Visa, Debit/ Credit cards only. The processing fee is non-refundable regardless
of the outcome of the application or if you withdraw the application after submission.
Important Notes:
Every application will be considered on its own merits. Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore.
Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in
Singapore and confirmed onward/return air ticket.
