Singapore Tourist visa checklist

1. Visa Application form filed and sign by applicant - Photo to be pasted in the application
form and signed across by the applicant and additional empty form only sign

2. Passport Should be valid for 06 months and All old passport if any

3. 02 recent photos. White background, 35mm x 45mm with 80% of the face to be
Zoomed in gloss finish. One photo to be pasted on the application and signed across

4. Ticket copy

5. Proof of Accommodation.

6. Self Covering letter Address to The visa Officer Singapore Consulate, Chennai

7. 03 months’ pay slip

8. Copy of the office ID if employed

9. Leave letter from company

10. If self-employed – copy of the company registration and GST registration certificate

11. Bonafide school certificate or school id for children travelling below 12yrs.

12. 03 months personal updated bank statement Minimum balance 50.000 Above

13. Authorization form

14. Photocopy of Passport front and back

15. Old passport copy front and back ( if any and has been used for travel to Singapore)

16. South address proof – if passport issue in north – provide Rental proof or Aadhaar colour and
BSNL Bill or Driving licence (need clear copy)

Please note. For Singapore need fresh photo, if the photo was used earlier for any visa then
there is a chance to get rejection
Please Note.

1. Travellers on Non Vaccinated Travel Lane flights will be subject to prevailing health
requirements – quarantine etc. They will be asked to submit Immigration Approval
letters for processing their visas.
2. Unvaccinated children 12years and below (in calendar year) must be accompanied by
vaccinated parents for travelling in Vaccinated travel lane flights.
3. Adults above 12years and below 18years will not be allowed to travel in Vaccinated
Travel lane flights nor accompany vaccinated parents.
4. Need to carry Original Passport, VTL Pass, International Vaccination Certificate, Ticket,
Forex and Travel Insurance while travelling to Singapore.
