Singapore Tourist Visa

1. Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum one blank page
required. Attach all old passports (if any)

2. Visa Application Form : Form 14A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.

3. Photo Specification: Four recent passport size colour photographs with semi matt or glossy finish,
70%-80% face coverage, white background and without border & spectacles (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Should not be older than 03 months. Spectacle frames must not cover part of the eyes and spectacle
lenses must not reflect or glare. Mouth should be closed. Avoid white/plane clothing.

4.Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and
purpose & duration of visit in brief. Also mention applicant's email id and mobile number. Individual's
contact details are mandatory. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The
Consulate General of Singapore, Chennai. Note: Covering letter should be on business letterhead along
with company seal in case of self employed.

5. Proof of Occupation:

Self Employed:

• Proof of Business ownership.

• GST certificate/company registration copy is mandatory.
• Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.

If Employed :

• Company ID card copy and last 3 months pay slips.

• Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.

6. ( If Invitee in Singapore ) Invitee's documents: If Visiting Family / Friends / Relatives:

• Form V39A invitation letter from the inviter.

• Copy of invitation letter
• Invitee's passport copy (bio pages)
• Invitee's Singapore Pass copy

7. Airline Reservation: Confirmed Air Ticket.

8. Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.

Please Note: Travel dates should be minimum 5 working days ahead from the date of submission
of the application.
