Checklist of Thailand tourist visa

Documents Required

 Original Passport with validity of not less than 6 months prior to departure.
 Three copies of the passport bio page.
 Three completed visa application forms
 Three recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant with white background.
 Proof of residence in Nepal (for non-Nepali passport holders only)
 Evidence of adequate finance, e.g., an updated 6-month original bank statement with a
minimum balance of THB 20,000 (NPR 80,000) per person and THB 40,000 (NPR
160,000) per family. (In case of e-statement or bank statement photocopy it should
have original bank stamp)
 Confirmed accommodation under each applicant’s name for the duration of intended
stay in Thailand.
 Travel itinerary, i.e. a detailed plan of the applicant's trip in Thailand
 A copy of confirmed airline ticket indicating the date of arrival to Thailand and
departure from Thailand
 Applicants need to bring relationship certificate, Marriage certificate or birth
certificate if applicant has been sponsored by his own family members e.g.: father,
mother, children, husband and wife.
 Visa fee (only cash accepted in NPR) which can be paid in in house bank counter.
