Department Objectives:
Major Tasks
1. To plan and execute spiritual
programmes
2. To have AY program each week,
except for major church programmes
3. To conduct youth witnessing seminar
at least once per quarter
1. To plan and execute programmes that will cater to the spiritual needs of all youths
2. To have AY program each week, except for major church programmes
3. To conduct at least one Youth Witnessing Training Programme each quarter
4. To engage the youths at least one witnessing project each month
5. To have at least two baptism by the end of the year from these witnessing activity
6. To engage all the youths in AY activities (Band leaders)
7. To have weekly Morning Watch/ Bible year
8. To engage youths in Bible Bowl
9. To have at least one Participant in AY Leadership Training
10. To have at least one participant in Master Guides Leadership Training
11. To conduct monthly youth fellowship
12. To conduct quarterly socials based on selected theme
13. To establish and maintain a vibrant Book club
14. To have at least one Educational Expose/Tour and at least one recreational outing
15. To have monthly AY Council meeting
16. To have at least one AY Exchange program for the year and one outdoor AY each quarter
17. To acknowledge a youth for the quarter
18. To conduct at least one prayer and fasting session for the year
19. To work collaboratively with the education department to offer CSEC revision classes to believers and non-believers
