SUBJECT: Request for consideration of awarding i grade in semester end

examination or any convenient solution to save my whole academic year .

Sir,

With due respects this is to state that i the student of MBA 2nd semester faced
shortage of attendance in 5 subjects due to which i was not permitted to appear in
the end term examination. I was diagnosed with herniated disk few months ago and
was advised complete rest for couple of months. Also i developed high fever due to
which i was advised to remain admitted for almost 15 days. Now in wake of the
above cited reasons I cannot meet the minimum required cgpa at the end of my
first year in accordance with the promotion policy of your institution. Sir my entire
academic year is at stake and i am facing distress anxiety and extreme mental
pressure due to it. I have a very good academic record which you can verify. I have
scored about 40 in almost every internal exam of current semester and my first
semester results has also yielded greater than 7 pointers. I have cleared 65% of the
total courses. My attendance in shortage subjects stands as follows
POM- 37 OB- 29 RM- 27 MIS-25 HRM-25

So i beg to you and your good offices keeping in view my medical concern &
academic records to please consider awarding me I grade in some of the courses
or provide me any other solution which will save my academic year. That will be
your most kindness
