One Sunday, daddy decided to take Sara and

Sameer to Uncle Ram's farm. That day Sameer
and Sara woke up very early in the morning.
They drove to the farm in their red car.

On reaching the farm, Uncle Ram welcomed

them and gave them a tour of the farm. Both
the children were very excited because they
had never been to a farm before.

Uncle Ram had two horses, four cows and several chickens
on his farm. When Sara went to catch the chickens, all the
chickens ran in different directions. Sameer loved horses.
Uncle Ram gave Sameer hay to feed the horses.

He then took Sara and Sameer to the cow shed.

Sara and Sameer saw the cows slowly chewing
the grass. The bells tied around their necks
jingled as they nodded their head.

In the afternoon, Uncle Ram took Sara and

Sameer to the corn fields in his tractor.
Sara and Sameer looked around and saw
green fields on both sides.

On reaching the corn field, Uncle Ram taught them how to pluck
corns. The corn had to be carefully twisted and pulled. Sara and
Sameer plucked two corns each for themselves. They ran around
and played together in the corn field until it was time to go home.
