I, Venugopal.G (DOB: 20-06-1981 & ID No.1243223), Working as Assistant Executive
Engineer, in the Office of the SKD GNSS (P) Sub Division-3, Kadapa of SKD GNSS (P) Division, Kadapa
under SKD GNSS (P) Circle, Kadapa. I humbly submit the following few lines for favor of your kind
consideration and favorable orders.
I have been selected as Assistant Executive Engineer through APPSC in the year 2007 and
working in the department since 20-11-2007 as AEE. Now my seniority for promotion for Deputy
Executive Engineer is going to be fixed in the present panel years. Now it is learned that some of the
vacancies of the Deputy Executive Engineer’s arised are going to be filled by promotions with the
Assistant Executive Engineer’s.
Further my wife (Smt.G.Sindhura) is working as Lecturer in Government polytechnic for
Women, Kadapa since 07-10-2014 and also we are having small kids with 4years & 2Years each. In
this connection, I request the Engineer-In-Chief that, please consider my spouse working area & also
for having better medical facilities for my children and I may please be promoted and posted as the
Deputy Executive Engineer in the existing vacancies of the following options submitted.

1. GNSS Sub Division-16, Kondapuram of GNSS Division-7, Pulivendula under Construction

Circle-3, Kadapa.
2. HNSS Sub Division-1, Penukonda of HNSS Division-8, Penukonda under HNSS Circle-2,
Ananthapuram
3. HNSS Sub Division-2, Penukonda of HNSS Division-8, Penukonda under HNSS Circle-2,
Ananthapuram.
4. GNSS Sub Division-2, Tirupati of GNSS Division, Tirupati under SKD GNSS Projects Circle,
Kadapa.
Hence I humbly request you sir, please post me as Deputy Executive Engineer in any of the
above existing vacancies.
