    New Business 
    2. It was recorded a 100% fail in national exam for the academic year 2017 
    3. GRADE 9: ultimately around 5 student choose the subject due to the passing mark 
    obtained throughout the year 2017 due to continuous assessment  
    4. GRADE 10: have a record of 66% pass and 34% of failure. The two student who fail grade 
    10 was due to the lack of interest in the subject matter and they were forced to enrolled to 
    that subject. 
    5. GRADE 11: PENDING 
     
     

    Notes 
    ● It was noted that much more practical work should be done for the student 
    ● Lack of problem solving techniques leading to lot of failure for the national exam 
     

    Action Items 
    1. Mathematical background should be reinforce from grade 7 
    2. More problem solving and assessment should be monthly.
