In a game of POSOS, the player choose two different values. Then two dice will be
rolled. If the first number selected comes in at least one of the two dice, the player wins
$5, if second number selected comes up on two dice, the player wins $10

The objective of the study is to find the probability that a player will win if he/ she plays
a single game of POSO. In first roll, if 4 comes in at least one die, the player wins $5, and
if both dice come up 2, the player wins $10. In rolling two dice, 36 trials, the probability
of success in each trial is 0.0278. There is only 1 case when 4 appears in two dice (4,4);
and again only 1 case when 2 appears in both the dice (2,2). Therefore, the probability
that player will win if she/he plays a single game of POSO is 0.7461 (that is either win $5
or $10).

There are 36 trials and the probability of winning one game of POSO is 0.7461.
Therefore, the expected amount a player will win by playing POSO is $26.8596.
